Silk screening, also known as screen printing, is a method of printing designs onto fabrics, including shirts. The process involves creating a stencil, or "screen," of the design and then using ink and a squeegee to push the ink through the stencil and onto the fabric. The stencil is created by blocking off areas of a mesh screen where ink should not be printed, leaving the desired design open for ink to pass through. The ink is then pushed through the stencil onto the fabric using a squeegee, leaving the design printed on the fabric. This process can be repeated multiple times on the same fabric to create multiple copies of the same design.
